clonalframe software package provides inference of bacterial microevolution using multilocus sequence data, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clonalframe
clonalframe is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clonalframe package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clonalframe *
You will get with clonalframe package name, version, architecture and description in a table
